Michael MacCourt

Michael MacCourt is an emerging Berlin-based drummer. Having played for many years with the award-winning Midlands Youth Jazz Orchestra back in England, he has performed and recorded with a range of artists, including Percy Pursglove (of the NDR), Alan Barnes and the Tom Ward Septet alongside a variety of his own projects. As well as working in the jazz idiom, he is a member of the psychedelic rock outfit The Magic Poptarts, and has recorded music for ABC with Conan O’Brien.His new project DUALITY is coming soon!
